  • I am a young female executive for one of the large global organizations in Las Vegas. I drive a 2008 BMW Z4 3.0 si. This month, I needed to drive my car across the country (nearly 3,000 miles). Therefore, I had to trust that everything was in tip-top condition. To date, I had only had my work done at the dealership. However, I found the owner (Adrian Ramos) to be FAR MORE HELPFUL. After end-to-end inspection, we had a list of tune-ups that needed to occur. After placing the car on the lift, he walked me through each area - clearly communicating to me in lay terms that allowed me to visibly see and agree with entire assessment. In short, ACR MOTOR WORKS IS EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY. A knot in my stomach started to arise as I searched google for average prices and started combining the average known total in my mind. Then, I was really blown away. WHAT WOULD HAVE COST ME 6,000 AT THE DEALERSHIP COST ONLY 1/4TH WITH ACR MOTOR WORKS - USING THE EXACT SAME MANUFACTURER PARTS THAT THE BMW DEALERSHIP USES. If that wasn't enough - he also had the work done for me in 24 hours. This is practically unheard of - better, faster, more affordable. PS: I never write reviews. I'm hard to impress. I typically think most car service people are crooks. Not these folks. ACR MOTOR WORKS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER GO TO GET MY BMW SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS.
