  • Rude staff, overpriced product. My friend wanted a donut, and they served coffee. There was no one else in the store, but we still waited to get the attention of the otherwise occupied young staff. There were only a couple of old donuts left, and they were ridiculously over priced. When I asked for sweetener (I am a type 1 diabetic!) for my coffee, the young woman who worked there snapped back at me, in a scolding tone "OH NO, we don't have sweetener." and looked at me derisively, as though I should know better. It was outstandingly rude. I don't know if they were just out of sweetener, or they don't have it on principle, but we left with no donut and no coffee. We live in Parkdale and were excited to finally go, and were disappointed.
