  • I had a dreadful experience with Vision Wellness. They made my glasses and then had to remake the lenses, twice. It was a nightmare getting them to admit the lenses were not right. The eye doctor told me he was not going to absorb the expense of remaking the lenses because when he rechecked my vision it was the same. Well, the third time, they didn't even let the Dr near me, they brought in their problem solver,who was very nice and got to the bottom of the problem and finally I had glasses that were right. This took up too much of my time and exhausted my patience, they don't get another chance.
