  • Miserable service. Trade-off is cheaper prescriptions. They misread one prescription, then after doctor correction failed to mail out, then after additional follow-up call and promise of delivery-nothing. Then third contact through manager, so now 30 days later finally getting meds. Oh forgot that there were also email contacts and a posting on their member information site that my meds were on order weeks ago.
