  • Terrible management and horrible staff. The most unprofessional team of employees that I've ever encountered in any organization, which also leads me to wonder which circus or zoo these baboons were taken from. Whatever the case I wish someone would throw them back into that circus or zoo. In a follow up to my last review and an ongoing noise disturbance issue that has completely violated and interrupted my right to a peaceful and comfortable enjoyment, I was just recently presented with a letter to move in 30 days because as the letter stated they could not adequately address the disturbance issues with the neighbor. Instead this incompetent team of individuals have decided to brush the disturbance issue under the rug by forcing me to leave when I've held up all parts of my lease agreement and what was being asked of me to document the disturbance issue. This is absolutely the worst experience with any property or business that I've experienced. This is just another example of how poorly the property is managed and maintained. It's very ghetto here, open access for anyone to walk in, no real security, property is filthy, smells like weed throughout the hallways, appliances are old, rusty & broken, there are shopping carts left throughout the property, neighbors blasting music through the very thin walls, and animal noises coming from the neighbors. I've complained several times to management and there has been no help or attempt to address anything in an appropriate manner. DON'T MOVE HERE, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE, AND YOU WILL FOR SURE REGRET IT!!!
