  • After the first plumber I called never showed up, I called Legacy Air and they sent Dean over just a few hours later. The service job and tub snake work quote was exactly what I was charged. Dean fix the problem quickly. He was friendly, professional and had nice things to say about his employer. Very refreshing change from most service people you hire, who really don't like their job and it shows.
