  • The only reason I am not giving Homewood Suites 5 stars is because there cleaning crew and maintenance crew are not very good. The room was a very nice 1 bedroom suite with a nice kitchen that has a full fridge, a 2 cooker stove top, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils. It also has a sofa bed, a working desk, a seat with ottoman. They have room temperature climate controls in each room. The front desk personel are amazing! They are very kind, friendly and will bend over backwards just to make sure you have a comfortable stay! The kitchen crew are also amazing, willing to accommodate your needs. They offered to wrap up our plates so we can take them to the room. The front desk found a fry pan to bring to my room because we wanted to cook something. They got it to us as fast as possible. But!! When we got back to our room, after a day out, we found that the trash was not emptied, the beds were not made. It turns out that the cleaning crew skipped our room. I have never seen in my life unless requested, a cleaning crew skipping a room before. We called the front desk and let them know that our room did not get cleaned. They sent the cleaning crew to our room. The following morning the toilet would not flush. We called the front desk to see if they can bring us a plunger. It was 7:24am and my girlfriend needed to finish getting ready. She didn't get in the shower in case they came with the plunger soon. We waited, and waited. Ended up being late to our event because they took 1 hour to bring us a plunger. It was not the front desk fault. It was there maintenance crew who took forever to bring us a plunger. Our stay was great, but it is very disappointing that the room did not get clean unless requested and that it took 1 hour to drop off a plunger.
