  • Horrific waste of money!! At the urging (up-selling) of my rep at the Verizon store, I purchased a Zagg Invisishield for my Samsung S8. First off, the $40 was a ridiculous price to pay for such a product, when I learned later, similar..........and likely much more effective products are found on Amazon all day long, for less than $10. Anyway, the Verizon rep told me to be sure an register my Zagg, so that I would be able to get the life-time (of the device) warranty. I did that immediately on August 20, 2017 and received a confirmation email (Registration Confirmation #: OS23026456 - in case one of the Zagg social media peeps actually tracks these reviews). My Zagg screen protector had a couple cracks in it within a week or two, without me having dropped or abused my phone. We went online today, attempting to get a warranty replacement. Guess what, after registering the Invisishield for my device, there is no record of my product in their system. I suppose I could call their 800 number, but based on the other reviews here, I deem my time more valuable than spending an hour in their queue system. Zagg wins - they have my money, and will never have to honor their warranty. I'm tossing my cracked Zagg in the trash. I'll kiss my $40 buck good-bye, and move on to another product - hopefully from a company with some integrity. I'm sure that's the business plan, but what we all know is that business plans like that are not sustainable. Get a clue Zagg, or you will be out of business before you know it. Judging from your reviews - that is your destiny anyway. Michael Schmitt
