  • Horrible service . Front desk girl named Kayla has no customer service skills what so ever! Called three times to make a appt. and she shut the phone on my face and told me she didn't have time to meet my request . Finally got a hold of someone else , and apparently the same front desk girl had booked me for a diff date. Came in on a day and time I was told to come in , then realized they didn't have me booked. Got my hair done and it wasn't as great and me I expected! Don't waste your time! They need to change their staff and attitude!!
