  • Excellent service. I needed a new battery installed in my watch and since this place is close to home I thought I would give them a try. I had to wait a few minutes since they were a bit busy. A good sign in my book. The gentleman working in the back came out with a watch for a gentleman who was already waiting. When they were done he asked me what he could do for me. I asked for a new battery and he said sure I'll take care of that right now. No more than ten minutes later he comes back with my watch. Not only did he replace the battery he also steam cleaned it. They have a sign stating this service is usually free but I didn't even ask him to do it. He just did it. This exceeded my expectations. That is what customer service is all about. Oh and by the way it only cost me $7.00 I won't hesitate to come back when the need arises.
