Horrible service! We have spent over $400 with them in the past couple months and they DO NOT guarantee their work. They replaced the screen and battery on my husbands iPhone 6 and the phone keeps cutting off at 60%. They are saying that he needs a new battery again (after 1 month) and want us to pay again.
We will never return and I will never recommend them again. Don't waste your money here...go straight to the Apple store.
Your response is that it was replaced over 2 months ago which is wrong, it was replaced 6 weeks ago and you guys failed to mention that the battery warranty is only good for 7 days. I asked the man that helped us, if we have problems can we bring it back? He said yes, but did not tell us a timeframe. I guess I should have questioned him further. Most place I have gone to have a 90 day warranty. Also, on that date I spent $144 and two weeks prior, I spent $267 to get screens fixed on our company iPads.
Lesson learned and we will not be back nor will we refer anyone again.
