  • At most Chipotles we order online to save time, but it's not worth it at this location. On more than one occasion our online order didn't go through on their end, despite us having a receipt, pick up time and having already paid. This location is always packed, the service isn't great, sometimes they don't have the items you've already ordered online when you get there. There hasn't been a single time when we just picked up our order without any issues - either they haven't made the order after the pick up time, haven't received the order at all, or are out of a basic item.
