| - I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD
**BUYER BEWARE
** WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A BIKE
My husband bought a KTM Demo model from Bentley's. When the bike was sold to us, four workers, the Salesman, a Manager, and two technicians, all told us that the bike had a Rekluse clutch in it. They told us it was such a good bike and we could not beat a Rekluse clutch. When we went over the bike with the technician, he told my husband it might take some time to get used to the Rekluse clutch on the bike. My husband bought the bike as a bike just to ride around on for fun. After a few months, about 10-15 hours on the bike, he was having issues, so he decided to take the clutch out. Only to find out that it was not a Rekluse clutch, but a stock clutch. He contacted Bentley's in Murrysville to let them know, and the customer service was horrific. They basically called him a liar, saying that they (the salesman and manager) never said that it had a Rekluse clutch when selling the bike to him. When my husband told them that he wasn't trying to get anything free, he just wanted them to be aware of the issue, the manager told him he would give him a discount on an OEM Clutch plates, which the discounted price was at least $100 more than what we could get it for online. My husband said no, he would take the Rekluse that he thought was in his bike at a discounted price they told him no way. My husband said that this is why they have poor customer reviews on Yelp and the manager hung up on him!
I will never buy anything from Bentley's ever again, nor will my family and friends. My husband and I are at the AWRCS races, and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows how horrible this place is!
