  • So this place needs some major re staffing and or expansion of staff! I've been here so far twice for my depo shot and every time I go it's an hour or more wait to be seen ! And the older lady (who isn't pregnant) is always so rude, she doesn't know how to talk to people. I will make this a positive review as well ! The other staff is pretty rude but there is this sweet little pregnant lady there that always make me feel comfortable when she takes me back to continue my appointment and shot, but it still comes back to having rude staff . And a very looong wait to be seen. I also called to confirm an appointment just a while ago . I dont know if i just got off the phone with an actual person from this location or if someone somewhere else handles their phone calls , but the representative was very rude and impatient with me . I had to wait for a good 40 minutes or how the prompter was saying "an hour" . I was scheduling an appointment on the day of my "reminder card" was showing and she just kept trying to change my appointment date saying it fine to take it later. I specifically called off of work for my appointment that was given to me on my last visit I won't change around my time on my work schedule because she was forcibly trying to give me a further out date for my shot. Like who does that ? If I want a specific time and date GIVE ME THAT TIME AND DATE !! I don't want to hear you recommending me other days ! Planned parenthood has helped me out a lot !! And they need the correct staffing and customer service. I'm forcibly here because I have too . I have to put up with the rudeness because I can't go anywhere else. UPDATE!! 10/29/17 I have actually stopped coming to planned parent hood due to the fact that they just like to profit out of my money RATHER THAN HELP ME!!! I so far have spent $400 dollars to get this BIRTH CONTROL SITUATION FIXED and I have not received or seen any type of improvement. I went in recently to change my birth control and they recommended the IUD, but since I've had this IUD thing in I've had the worst imaginable pains !! I went in and was wanting to get it out BUT NOOO THE LADY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO WAIT THREEEE MORE MONTHS and LEFT THE IUD IN!!!THEY TOLD ME I WASNT GOING TO PAIN IF I KEEP IT IN BUT GUESS WHAT I STILL HAD TO PAY $200. I'm barely on my second month and I am having MORE COMPLICATIONS ! I decided to listen to a professional and me thinking she knows what's best !!! NOPE !! I still have this little IUD in and for all I know I could be causing major damages to my body just because planned parenthood would rather profit out of my money than to help me out !!! I will never ever go back to planned parenthood.
