  • Sad to see that this place took a major nosedive since my family and I moved out. When we lived here, the maintenance staff was fantastic, and the office staff was at least nice about not helping you with anything. Now it seems they lost their two biggest assets, all the while the neighborhood went to the dogs. The only good thing about living here is the property's appearance. From there it all goes downhill: the crime, living next to crappy neighbors, inflexible company policies, etc. I could go into details, but reading the reviews left by others, it would be redundant, but what a lot of people leave out is that you waste money by paying "rent" every month, when your money would be much better spent on purchasing a property that you own. It took us $15,000 of money lost to Ovation to realize this, but had management actually cared more about their tenants, it wouldn't have been that bad of a stay. Rather, I really regret ever coming here. One star is overly generous.
