  • I wrote a previous review with a one star, because of our experience with the move from California to Las Vegas wasn't so great. The insurance that comes with the service basically is nonexistent. I would suggest, if you do use any moving company to get the premium coverage if you have expensive valuable. Customer service is very important to us. I have dealt with Brittainy a few times. She's very helpful, understanding, and eager to help solve a problem. We really appreciate that she reaching out to us about the complaint, and wants to make things right. This is above and beyond the customer service you get these days. I want to say, "Thank you, Brittainy and manager for fixing our experience."
