  • I have never left a review before, and am reluctant to leave negative feedback about a company, because I realize sometimes unfortunate things happen. However, Just Plumbing treated me so poorly that I have to warn others. This company was referred to me through my home warranty company. The technician was beyond rude and extremely aggressive. When he told me that basically everything I scheduled to have fixed was not covered, I had questions and wanted to discuss the situation. He got very defensive and told me he was acting this way because I thought I knew more about plumbing then he did. Things just got worse from there and I have never dealt with any technician that was so unprofessional. At one point he even leaned forward in an intimidating manner. I don't want to say he threatened me or challenged me to fight. But it was him trying to be intimidating and I immediately wanted him out of my house. That was just the beginning though. I called the company to let them know. The customer service lady said that she heard me call the technician "every name in the book" which was a complete lie. I called again the next week trying to talk to the owners. So they could know what was going on. I had a manager call me back a week later and listened to me but then said he didn't really believe me. I never heard back from him again. I had to spend an hour in the phone with my warranty company to get them to send a new plumber out. They did and the new plumber took care of everything in a very professional way. I'm going to leave them a good review now. They are called 1st Choice Plumbing.
