Needed to venture out and find new lunch spots near GCU campus since I no longer work in Tempe... this one was one of the closest.
They have a plethora of lunch specials and I chose the beef smothered chimi today. The beef itself was cooked well but was kind of bland - but it came with sour cream / guac / rice / beans and was $7.50.
My buddy got the horchata and said it was money... the service was spectacular! Offered a to go cup for my lemonade w/o even asking and the chips & salsa were refilled without request.
Due to it's proximity to work, I'll probably be back a couple times a month and will try the green chile burro next since it smelled great.
Side note - the curb appeal of almost everything in this part of town that isn't GCU campus is severely lacking - but once you get inside it's clean and pleasant!
