  • I would never again go to this place of business. I have been attending this location for many years until I went there and the person who normally does my service was not available, so I ended up with the Manager. She did a horrible job on my pedicure and when I arrived home I called back and asked her why she did not give me a massage with my manicure, she said "that she thought I was going to beat her up and to never come back into her shop again". I was shocked and never heard anything like this in my entire life. Even though I was very dissatisfied with my service, I still left my 20% tip. As always, I was very pleasant, however, when I arrived home I felt compelled to call back to express my dissatisfaction to the manager; (this was when I discovered that the person who did my ped/mani was indeed the manager. I have also worked PT in the salon business for over 15 years while holding down a full-time nursing job, so I am very much aware of what excellent customer service should resemble and it's certainly is not this place of service. I have contacted the NC Board of Cosmetology as well as the BBB. No one of any race, color, creed or religion should ever be told to never come back into a public place of business for no reason, especially a paying customer of over 6 years. There are way too many "excellent" nail shops in the Davidson/Concord area that are far better and cleaner. BTW, the wax room is very unsanitary. The only reason why I continued to patronize this place of business is because of proximity and Terry (the nail tech) who is very good.
