  • This review is for the emergency room. I had some symptoms of an unusual illness on a Saturday, and of course all of the reputable specialists were closed for the weekend. So, I went to the San Martin emergency room to get treatment. My past experiences with emergency rooms have not been good (chaos, crowding, really sick people), so I was pleasantly surprised to find the waiting room empty. I was checked in and taken to an examination room within 10 minutes of arriving. The receptionist later said I'd gotten there at a good time. Nurse Michael was polite and efficient. I only waited a few minutes before Dr. Taylor arrived. She asked me some questions and came to her diagnosis quickly. They immediately sent my prescription to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up right after my appointment. My experience was as painless as it possibly could be, and I'm very satisfied with the level of care I received. I highly recommend this emergency room.
