  • If I could give zero stars I would...but unfortunately one star will have to suffice. My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 8 months and it's sad that we can't think of one good thing to say about living here. For starters they'll show you super nice model apartments and hook you into thinking that's what yours is going to look like... WRONG. Upon moving in the floors were COVERED in dust and everything else looked like it's "update" merely consisted of a cheap coat of paint. Sadly even the cheap coat of paint was clearly done in a rush and with zero accuracy as there is paint all over the edges of the counters. From day one our bath tub faucet has dripped and we've made numerous maintenance requests and have yet to see it get fixed. In fact, we recently made a maintenance request for the shower yet again & it's been over 2 weeks without a response. The low quality living conditions have most definitely been reflected in both the old management company's and the new's staff, especially the "Community Manager". She's very rude and will only talk via voicemail or e-mail. Alongside her the staff are incompetent and lack basic communication skills and know very little about the property. They have lost our rent several times and have tried to blame us only for them to find it later and apologize and they've also lost a few of our packages and tried to blame the carriers when they were logged in the package sign out log. Needless to say if you want your rent lost/stolen, packages lost & a beyond shitty management staff then this is the place for you! In my opinion, spend the extra money and live in one of the MANY other complexes in the area that offer better living conditions and an all around better experience because living here will just be a waste of your time and money.
