  • Dr. Chung is fine, the problem is the office staff ! They schedule toooo manyyyy patients and you end up waiting for 1 1/2 -2 hrs just to see the doctor ! Forget getting a consult for a specialist, I've waited 3 wks for Dr Chung's office staff to get authorization from Aetna . If you're in immediate need for diagnostic procedures, forget it ! This is really a shame coz Dr Chung has to be aware of how his office is being run ! Had to find another physician!
