  • Came in for a pedicure after I called to see if they had any appointments available..when they said Yes right now, that was my first red flag they are not busy. I was planning on getting a full set too but when I sat down in the pedicure chair the tech says something in her language to the next girl looking at my feet and the other girl gives me a look. Didn't appreciate that. I don't have ugly feet or hard to do feet either so I don't know what that was about. While my feet were soaking the next nail tech says so you want a full set I tell them NO I changed my mind. So I'm observing other tech in the shop doing a Great job with their clients..will I be back NO! IT WAS AN OKAY PEDICURE. NOTHING I'M USED TO GETTING WHEN I GO TO BALLANTYNE SPA.My normal tech Lisa was too booked up to take me today so I'll wait till Monday and get my full set from her. Lesson learned make appointment ahead of time;) Charlotte needs more nail spas in the area with the Ballantyne Spa quality Service.
