rev:text	They lost my marriage license twice! The original is lost some where with USPS and Now all I have is a black and white copy! Literally it took three months for me to get my marriage license from the state of Utah to Nevada and it wasn't the fault of Utah. They have failed to come on scheduled delivery days for certified mail multiple times.
