I also posted this review on TripAdvisor- where the management responded with excuses to the noise, wifi signal, and service at this hotel. Any hotel should know that best practice is to try and call the agency for the guest- not have the guest do the front desk's job.
Having worked in a hotel, I can only say management is filled with excuses and does not follow best practices. Keep in mind that this is a 3 star hotel, the room is decent. However, you can find better 2 star hotel's for cheaper- as well as staff that actually do their job.
Excuses and blaming the customer for an erroneous reservation- without offer to TRY and figure out the issues is not how a hotel I want to visit is managed
