  • I bought a new house, this company was recommended by an air conditioning company. The gentlemen who came were highly professional and efficient. However my ducts were not clean when all was done. Which was fine, I figured they were cleaner than they started and good enough till I have them cleaned next year. The reason for my 1star review was that for almost 400$, they said dryer vent was included. They completely blocked my dryer vent and my dryer stopped working. Thank God I had a high tech dryer that told me the vent was blocked. Had it been an old dryer, it would have been very dangerous/risk for a fire. I called and left a voicemail that the dryer vent was blocked and asked if they could please come and redo it. I never received a call back. Which was funny because they were very responsive prior to collecting my payment. I decided to let it go-I have no trust in this company if they would put my house at risk for fire and then not make it right. I found an amazing vent cleaner who pulled a bunch of lint the size of a football. I am worried to find out what dirty ducts left behind in my air ducts:/
