  • I. Love. Sauceman's. Being a northern transplant in Charlotte, I've only recently become a fan of BBQ. And let me tell you... this is my favorite in Charlotte (so far). If I could eat this every day I would, but I would also be about 400 lbs. Meat is tender. Fries are great. Hush puppies are amazing. They have a variety of sauces to choose from - and I recommend their white sauce that they don't have out on the table, you need to ask for it! I only wish they had later dinner hours during the week!
