  • On 04/09 Desert sky went to one of our properties and proformed services for bed bugs, part of Desert Sky agreement was that they spray once for $291- then come back in a week for a follow up spray for $95.00. On 04/09 I was charged a full $386 with the assumtion that they will be out in a week for the follow up spray. We had the same thing happened on 03/27 for a different property and they charge me $385.00 with the assumtion that they would be back in a week. along with the agreement they were to send me an invoice which they still have failed to do. I have emailed the company and spoke to the owner several time since then with the same response. "I will look into and call you back" he will not even answer my calls at this point and he has yet to call me back or send me an invoice! Even the BBB could not get this resolved, it was real disappointing when I first called they were so effecient and then to have them not follow through what they said they would do!
