  • Lousy packing and moving job! DO NOT USE THEM even if you have to pack and move all by yourself. They will estimate the cost of the move without seeing the place, we told them it is a 5-bedroom house, 3000sq. But then when they came they brought a small truck, told us they cannot do it on that day even though you planned the move that day. They will ask you for more money saying they can send another truck a few days later, but they bring same truck and try to fit in as much as possible. The move was awful. None of their promises were kept. They take advantage of you knowing you are under huge pressure to move. We paid extra money for packing, but they brought two crew members, unprofessional, day workers they picked up at Home Depot parking lot. They didn't have appropriate packing material, they broke expensive China, and other dishes. They didn't wrap and protected furniture, almost every piece was damaged. Scratches everywhere, corners broke, dining set completely damaged. But most of all, stuff disappeared! They opened dressers drawers and took jewelry, watches, and perfumes. Expensive stuff. When we tried contacting them they laughed at us. They were willing to pay us pennies as compensation for all the damage and the missing stuff. Never, ever use this company!!!!!!
