  • My air conditioner broke on June 12th and I called my home warranty Choice Home and they sent out a technician on Tuesday, June 13th. This Technician was Josh from On The Spot Air and he checked the unit only to tell me that it was NOT covered on the warranty (big surprise). He then told me that he'd send a Representative out to give me a quote, I made an appointment for that afternoon along with two other Companies to give me a quotes. On The Spot came in with the best price and availability and promised to have it installed the next day. By 7 P.M. the next day my new air conditioner was up and running. I was lucky and only went 2 nights with no air. Josh once again was the technician and I can't begin to say how nice and efficient that he is. I also scheduled for them to come out and clean my ducks and this past Friday, June 23rd both Josh and another Technician came out to clean my ducks and Josh installed a new thermostat. As they were cleaning the ducts I had a visit from Randy the owner of the company who gave me my 10 year warranty and a box of See's candy as a thank you. I couldn't recommend this company more, they were the lowest price quoted and they did exceptional service.
