  • Paid for the ultimate pass but my child wasn't tall enough for zip line, short by 2". I asked for an adjustment to what I paid and they gave me a basic pass as reimbursement, the "manager" was rude. I would've liked my money back since the basic pass is essentially useless and they should measure before you pay extra. They are over priced, the staff lacks training, I have never received a payment if I pay cash. And last, their hours are inconvenient. 4pm is far too late on a school night. Kids get out of school between 12 & 3, if you have children that aren't in school then you don't have the opportunity to entertain your kids during reasonable hours.
