Fez was recommended by a seasoned foodie, and it definitely belongs on the list of the Valley's go-to spots. We enjoyed the sour lemon and French martinis, very nicely done and generous pours, followed by a chicken pita sandwich and the duxelles burger. Both superior, starting with the quality of the ciabatta bun on the burger and the killer pita bread. Great burgers are a treat, and Fez gets them right. I failed to ask where they get their ground beef, but suspect it is an artisanal butcher nearby. Regardless, this burger smells and tastes like prime steak ground in the kitchen to order, and that was just the beginning. The menu has many more things to try, demanding a return trip. The value make Fez a no-brainer for your list of regular spots.
