  • Hubs and I had breakfast/lunch at Biscuits Cafe in Surprise today and it was a truly great experience. I had pancakes, eggs over medium and bacon. The pancakes were great and I'm picky, the eggs were indeed over medium and the bacon was crisp. So often I have been to places where the iced tea is more like water. Today, it was nice to have a well steeped glass of iced tea. The real stuff, not the crap that comes out of a fountain machine. My hubs had the California Club that had actual carved turkey, crisp bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, Swiss cheese on a hoagie roll. Along with that, he had the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. He said his lunch was fantastic. Portions are also generous. The decor is lovely and inviting, giving an air of feeling like home. Ashley was our server and she was so sweet, very respectful and quickly returned with whatever we asked for. Don't let the road construction keep your from visiting this new establishment! They're open until 2:30 pm during the week. Thanks, happy Biscuit people for a great experience! :)
