  • This organization has great instructors. Having taken the intro course and the basic rider course (BRC) in Gilbert I would highly recommend anyone else looking to get into riding or even for those interested in trying it out. Tyler and John taught the intro course, both did a great job and had great, personalized feedback on how to improve the techniques being practiced. Dean taught the BRC I took and man, what a great instructor, he added in some humor to make the readings a little more entertaining but still very concise and informative. I was lucky to have Dean as one of my rider coaches too, you can tell he really cares about his students' understanding and not once did I feel like he was being condescending when giving me feedback, him and Ken were both really great coaches. I'm really glad to have had these experiences with TEAM AZ, if I continue as a rider I would definitely consider returning for further advanced course. Great job guys!
