  • I decided to update my previous review because of the new attorney that took over my case, Chris. I don't know how he did it, but he changed my overall opinion of the Law Offices of Eric Blank. He called me fairly soon after being assigned to my case and was able to actually explain everything going on in terms of the case, good and bad. I give him kudos for how he handled our first conversation; I was not the nicest person to talk to at the moment. I want to say about a month after taking over my case he was able to close and finalize everything. He even reduced some of the attorney fees without me asking. Eric himself called to follow up and get any more recommendations to improve future experiences, which was appreciated. He's made the right improvements as far as I can tell. Everything Chris did was what I was looking for in the very beginning. He actually made the first attempt to call me, he utilized my email, and kept me updated on what was going on. I understand these things take a while to finalize and that is fine, communication is all I needed to keep me happy. Hopefully I won't have to, but I will definitely give them a second chance if anything should happen. P.S consider giving Chris a raise or bonus or something. He kicked ass.
