  • These folks have the best attitudes and customer service that I have experienced at an Enterprise location lately. I have had some terrible experiences at other locations but I have NO complaints at all here. We prepaid for our gas but ended up not using even a quarter of a tank. Upon return of our vehicle which we got at a great rate, the awesome associate noticed it and gave us a few bucks off of the cost of our rental. That was super nice. I know that the associates are supposed to offer help and what not with luggage but at this particular location, the associate made it seem like it was just natural. I always appreciate the discount that I get for being a PLUS member. It's always a nice little savings. I have not had a single issue with any of the cars that I've rented here, over the past 10+ years. I keep on coming back and will continue to do so. Another reason that I keep on returning is that I have yet to be issued a dirty car. I know it sounds like a dumb reason but you have NO idea what kind of filth I've been presented with at other locations. Thanks for making me feel like I matter!
