  • I booked an appointment for today to get a facial. As I was booking the appointment I was told there was an opening at 12 with Sheri. There was some hesitation on the line and so I specifically asked if there was a problem because I would be coming from cave creek. I was cut off and told that there was no problem. I just arrived and now I am told that Sheri is not here and there is no way to get a hold of her and the only way to know is if she shows which she has not and it is now 20 minutes later. The receptionist seemed apologetic but had absolutely no solution -- she did not offer to take my phone number in case Sheri happened to arrive and just said she was sorry. I am giving two stars because I previously worked with Loretta and she was awesome but I completely wasted two hours out of my day driving to and from this location to be told that there was nothing that could be done because all of the aestheticians were gone and Sheri was filling in for them. Update: I did received a call a few days later in which the company apologized and offered a free service for my troubles. I have improved my rating as a result.
