Had the truffle menu in Dec2012 and will rename my first born Fried Bone Marrow. Standouts were the first course with creamy espuma atop the sherry/tonic cocktail, truffle sandwich, fish w fried bone marrow, pork, salt baked foie, petal infused cotton candy w cheese soup, truff w cotton candy and artichoke w truffle. Tried Bazaar two weeks later; don't bother.
