  • I too had a bad experience with the woman who I think is the owner - I bought a dog toy which my dog was able to rip apart in 2 minutes and actually started choking on. I brought it back, explained what happened and suggested she might not want to sell them, and I would like my $7.99 refunded or credited. Her reply was a flat " no that is not our policy and also we never had a problem with those. ". Evidently she would rather continue to sell a potentially dangerous toy rather than listen to her customer or even take the thing back. This after I spent close to $500 over the past 2 weeks. She kept her $7.99 but has lost much more in future biz and has TOTALLY lost my confidence in ANY of her recommendations. Avoid this place, go where the owners care more about the animals than their policies.
