  • Yes, this i place is definitely a little rough around the edges. Connie T. - Sorry to hear you were overcharged. I'd like to point out that the reason the soy milk goes bad within a couple days is because it's made fresh... Isn't it funny that we trust food that can sit out for days, but not something that can go bad? I digress.... Their steamed rice rolls, plain or with scallions and dried shrimp in them, are best pan-fried a turn or two on a steady low head until slightly crispy and golden. Dip those into soya sauce and you've got yourself a nice meal. Besides the "bak tong goh" mentioned above, they also make peanut and red-bean filled mochi cakes in house, which are the best in the city.
