  • This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, in las Vegas. I have lived in Vegas for 7 years and lived in plenty of apartments and never have I had such problems. To start the apartment didn't look like the model that they showed me. All features are old and none of the upgrades that were promised were in the apartment. All of my appliance are broken and maintenance does not fix anything, they Cobb things together and brake a week later. The management does not care when u complain so don't waist your time. I'm breaking my least due to the drug activity and proustite that take place in parking lot after hours. I love this, they advertise they gated community and the gates never close. Man I could go on and on but to save you all the trouble just don't move here no matter how good the special they offer you. I would be safer in north las Vegas. Oh yeah I forgot they have a major bed bug problem and red ants.
