| - There are two mega huge washers, four xl, four large, and around 20 regular top-loading washers. This is a small laundromat but it gets the job done. Clean, neat, and comfy.... if you don't have to use the restroom, that is. It's currently out of order. So are a small handful of machines.
Don't come here after dark. I'm here in the early afternoon on a Thursday and I was asked by a guy if I wanted to buy his perfume-- BEFORE I got out of my car!! As I unloaded my things I had to listen to two homeless women yell and scream obscenities at each other outside. Then I came inside, loaded my wash, and had yet another guy walk in ask me if I wanted to buy a watch! Seriously?? So the neighborhood is sketchy.
I'd say this place is sufficient if you have to get your laundry done and don't have time to run to a laundromat that's in a safer area (or you're getting it done during daylight).
...SO.... I've hung out here and my laundry is almost dry... I've had time to soak this place in. The machines are great! The xl washers got my comforters clean in no time. They don't spin very long so my comforters came out dripping. The dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes, absolutely huge, and get it done in a hurry. It looks like there are only 3 units that are down for repair (along with the restroom still). It's nice and cool in here. There are comfy seats, a couple of tv's going, a couple of arcade games, snacks for sale, and a couple dozen books you and your kids can flip through to kill time. The attendant seems to be on point keeping this place clean. My biggest gripe is what's going on outside their doors, which they can't control at all.
