  • Good: Nice location, dog park, area is pretty safe. Bad: The contractors they hire for maintenance are the worst. They PAINTED the bathtub which is now peeling and gross(wtf?!), the dishwasher doesn't even fully open because it's blocked by the stove, the drains regularly clog, they left a live wire in the kitchen after coming in to do some "updates," the maintenance crew entered the apartment outside of the notice to enter dates (illegal) and didn't even bother showing up after sending other notices. It's hard to believe these are professionals doing these half a**ed updates. Don't be fooled by the outside renovations, if you're a long term tenant it seems like they don't care. Hard to believe they charge all of these rent increases for the crap service they provide when things go wrong.
