  • New to vegas....wanted some BBQ ribs...i searched and searched....seems like bbq is something hard to come by out here in the dessert. Finally I found some good reviews for TC Ribs. So I drove out there for a to go order. Took my order of full slab baby back ribs and mac and cheese and baked beans. The sides were good, the baby back ribs were a bit disappointing for my taste. There was a lot of fat on the ribs and they really didnt melt off the bones.
