It's was okay. I'd like to give it 2.5 stars. I always order the sushi dinner the first time I go to a sushi restaurant, gives me a feel for the sushi chef and the balance of a complete meal. The dressing in the salad was the best thing we ate all night, it would have been better on cucumbers with sesame seeds instead of iceberg. The miso soup needed salt and the tofu was bland and too big. The fish wasn't the freshest, the surf clam was really hard to eat. The nigiri had no wasabi in it and the wasabi that came on the plate was not fresh made and was very mild. And my favorite mackerel was bitter which made me sad.
The atmosphere was good, the service was wonderful.
I think I was expecting so much more because of all the incredible reviews and I was not impressed.
