  • I never get the wash I pay for and it looks better when the monsoon washes my car, what a rip off UPDATE: Your response is of no help that's why I came to YELP, that is exactly what I did, as a matter of fact I refused to go through until they fixed it and gave me the right wash, they said they fixed it 10 minutes later and the wash didn't even run as I was going through it, I went directly in the store to get help, "my car looking worse then when it was sprinkled on by nature" they told me to call corporate office, the corporate office said they can cancel my pass but that's all they can do, I washed my car 1 time with this pass and paid and this is what I went through. I just want to wash my car and get what I pay for but that is not possible for me here.
