  • This Starbucks is a place I have always gone to meet my friends for coffee over the last many years and they used to be brilliant. However, now I just feel they are rather up and down. The customer service is not always up to par and the same with the drinks. Starbucks needs to get its groove back and stop with the complacency. Having a zillion gift cards to choose from is nice and all but if the service and product aren't there- it really doesn't mean a lot...
