He said, "once you give me money, you are not getting it back!". He said that in one of his workshops too. $12000 gone. His "system hasn't changed since 2004. Market has gone through so much change, and he's still teaching the same old stuff that don't apply to today's market. Each seller gets up to 100 calls from realtors saying the same things, following the same script. How could that be effective? He's a dinosaur, and his methods are out of date and inapplicable. If you're itching to throw away $12000, go and buy something that would last a long time and would benefit you. He as thousands of coaching students, he brings a handful of top producers from all over the country for proof that the system works. They get paid to vouch for him. They are in the "circle".
