I have been training with Chad for about 5 years in various locations and am so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. My workouts are enjoyable, tough and effective and I know I am more healthy because of him. He uses a lot of body weight exercises (I can finally do pull ups!) and the activities feel very functional to really improve the quality of my life. He always takes my needs into consideration when planning a workout and is very flexible with immediately changing things up if he or I notice something unexpected. He has great nutrition advice, too! I love the facility and location close to the 101 is convenient. I highly recommend the Grayhawk Underground Fitness.
