  • I guess you need to take some reviews with a grain of salt. I had a groupon and upgraded to the carpet scrub. I found these reviews the day they were coming and changed to just a steam clean afraid of what the outcome would be. Well, a few bad reviews out of thousands of customers should have hit me like a sledgehammer, especially for the fact that I worked in the service industry for so long. Anyhow, the crew was polite, clean, and thorough in their job. And in the interest of curiosity, I ran my bissel carpet scrubber over all (3) rooms after they left to see how much water I could pull up. I managed to get a 1/2 cup and I spent A LOT of time trying. Thanks for the great job. Adam
